I see so many yellowing queen palms with deformed fronds in the heart of the tree that need the manganese treatment. It takes about 6 or so weeks after applying it to see the difference in the palm, but what a difference it is. It will green up and the new fronds will be beautiful. Another good way to apply the manganese is to get stakes of it at places like Ace Hardware in Sun Lakes. You just pound them in the ground around the tree.
